Beautiful Bourgeois OM in a beautiful hand-sprayed sunburst finish by Dana himself. Adirondack Spruce top with Mahogany back and sides. This is a sweet little guitar with plenty of clarity and a whole world of opening up to do. 25.5" scale. Tortoise pickguard. Adi Spruce bracing. Excellent fingerstyle guitar with plenty of volume and a great, balanced tone. This is one fine instrument just looking for a home.

We're in love. This guitar has been in the store for less than a day and it's already made its impact! Beautiful Adirondack Spruce top with a little figuring and a nice, wide grain. This guitar has a wonderful, woody tone certain to please just about anyone. A little more midrange than some of the other mahogany/adi guitars in our room and plenty of kick. Hide Glue construction gives the guitar the perfect bond to hold it all together. You'll love this guitar, but you gotta hear it first. Come on by and check this baby out before one of us takes it home!

Figured Mahogany/Bearclaw Sitka,123/32" nut, Sunburst Wow wait let me say it again wow! I have been doing this for a long time but I don't think I have ever seen a top like this. The top on this guitar is so highly figured it almost looks like diamond plate under the beautiful Sunburst finish hand sprayed by Dana himself. The highly figured Mahogany on the back and sides is simply stunning. Modeled after Bryan Sutton's original "Banjo killer" the guitar has an extremely comfortable neck that definitely facilitates playing out of the box. If you've ever seen Bryan play (and please do) he uses the whole neck and this guitar cuts through whether your playing open or all the way to the body. A brilliant guitar!

Mahogany/Adirondack 1 3/4" inch nut Ahh sweet Mahogany These have always been personal favorites of mine. Not many small bodied guitars can match the power and dynamic range of these Adi topped OM's. This one is very woody and with enough midrange punch to move people out of your way.

This is a very cool guitar, it's got a fairly tight grained Adi top with a little Bearclaw figuring in it. A very powerful guitar and with a very comfortable cutaway for when your fretboard real estate reaches that rare air above the octave.

Mahogany/Sitka, Sunburst , Nickle Waverlys, 1 11/16" nut With a body based on the late twentys Gibson L-OO the C-10 has a very comfortable small guitar feel. But with a 25.5 scale length and scalloped braced top it delivers anything but small guitar sound. This one sports an understated elegance with Nickle Waverlys and a beautiful Collings Sunburst. Who says you have to suffer if you want to sing the blues?

Mahogany/Adirondack, 1 13/16" nut Oh boy! you want to fill up a room? The first description that came to mind (after all the other guitars stopped ringing ) was cavernous. This is a big fat round loud beast of a guitar, not for the weak of heart, lock up the children. This guitar has all the punch and power of Collings 14 fret Dreads with the added breath of a 12 fret body. The 1 13/16" neck is surprisingly comfortable and easy to get around on and the top oh my what a top. We're talking about a big hunk of Adi here and man when you get that top moving well it's a moving experience.

The SJ is our version of what is commonly called a small Jumbo. Although the 16 inch lower bout is slightly wider than a dreadnought, and the sides almost as deep, the tight curve at the waist creates in a very different sound chamber. SJs, especially examples in maple, typically have a more pronounced midrange response when compared to a dreadnought, making them ideal candidates for a rounded cutaway. Players looking for the bass and overall volume of a large guitar, but with lots of treble clarity and midrange crunch, often find just what they need in the curvaceous SJ.

The square-shouldered 14-fret dreadnought is the most popular steel-string acoustic guitar body shape in the world. While Collings is certainly not the first to build them, we bring a new tonal clarity to the depth and warmth usually associated with such a large, deep-bodied guitar. Although its bass response makes the dreadnought ideal for vocal accompaniment, Collings versions are also often employed by bluegrass flatpickers who must compete with inherently louder instruments such as banjos and fiddles. The wide range of woods and neck sizes offered allow dreadnought fans to find a Collings model ideally suited to their playing style and tonal preference.

Named after the well-loved Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield, Kansas, the Collings Winfield is a highly modified version of our standard dreadnought that features options commonly requested by flatpicking specialists. The combination of the stiff Adirondack spruce top with enlarged soundhole, supported by a top bracing pattern based on the earliest 14-fret dreadnoughts, make the CW a bluegrass powerhouse. Everything about this model is designed to provide plenty of headroom and projection for aggressive playing, but not at the expense of good tone.
This guitar has one of the liveliest sounds out of the box that we have heard in some time. Very warm and breathy, with plenty of power and authority - this guitar also has more headroom than Shaq's house!
