What a sweet little guitar ,our own little Hersheys Kiss. Mahogany on Mahogany set off beautifully with Herringbone top purfling and a grained Ivoroid bound body, neck, and headstock. Not the loudest guitar in the room , mellow and sweet perfect for vocal accompaniment. This guitar should also record very well.

This wonderful deluxe version of Richard Hoovers Vintage Southerner has been turning heads here in the shop since we uncased it. With Flamed German Maple back and sides and full body burst treatment this guitar is simply stunning.Sonically the guitar is dry and bright without being thin. The shorter scale length (24.750") makes for a sweeter guitar with slightly less punch while still maintaining a good bass response.
