From the couch to the campfire to the concert hall, the GS Mini promises big fun for everyone. Inspired by the big, bold sound of Taylor's award-winning GS body shape, the GS Mini scales things down without skimping on sound, packing a lot of tone into a comfortable, portable size and giving you a guitar that's incredibly fun to play. With Taylor's patented straight and stable NT neck, you'll always enjoy signature Taylor intonation and playability. So, wherever you end up, whether you're on tour or on the porch, the GS Mini is always ready to play. From Taylor guitars comes a dreadnought acoustic guitar you'll take a shine to. The 210G guitar features a beautiful gloss finish on the top and a satin finish on the back and sides, for a beautiful look, to go along with a beautiful sound. Built on the popular dreadnought design, the depth of the Taylor 210G's body and broad shoulders create an ideal sound chamber, pumping balanced and full-bodied tone out with plenty of projection to cut through any mix. Whether strumming away on the rhythm, or flatpicking some barn-burning solos, this Taylor guitar sounds great in any mix and will stand up to whatever the music throws at it. It features a solid Sitka spruce top, a top-quality wood, known for its balanced tone and clarity. The Indian rosewood back and sides, also premiere wood, produces rich, booming sound, with the perfect element of projection. The Taylor 210G guitar's 25-1/2" scale, 1-11/16" nut width, and 15" radius adds comfort for intricate movements up and down the ebony fretboard. Our layered rosewood 200 Series models hone in on the fundamentals of a
great guitar-playing experience to give you clear, balanced tone and
great intonation. Choose from an optional cutaway and Taylor ES-T® electronics.
If you crave an extra splash of visual style, don’t miss the tobacco
sunburst top 214ce-SB and the all-black layered maple 214ce-BLK.

New Old Stock. 2013 810. No longer in production.

Taylor’s popular 814ce offers players the ultimate all-purpose guitar. Its balance, warmth and articulation are great for fingerstyle, it has enough punch as a strummer to front a band, and the top-end power will fuel lead runs without getting shrill. It’s a great choice for a gigging player looking for one guitar that can cover it all. The revoicing of the 800 Series has brought greater warmth, a more mature midrange, and a looser, more luxurious low end to the 814ce, thanks in part to the customized bracing and a new, custom-calibrated Elixir HD Light string-gauge set. Premium appointments include maple binding and back strip, rosewood top edge trim, a rosewood pickguard, Taylor’s new Element fretboard inlay in mother-of-pearl, a marbled fretboard, and new Expression System 2 acoustic electronics. The guitar features a Venetian cutaway and includes a Taylor deluxe hardshell case.

With classic dreadnought guitar design in mind, the Taylor DN5 features a Sitka spruce top for this mahogany acoustic guitar. The DN5 has a booming bass and articulate mids that dare you to dig in and challenge your flatpicking prowess. Appointments include a bound ebony neck, gold plated tuners, and an Indian rosewood headstock overlay. Taylor’s Grand Auditorium body style locates the sweet spot between a big and small guitar, and the result is tremendous tonal balance and versatility. Together with rosewood and spruce, the 714ce blends a well-defined midrange with rosewood’s throaty lows and bell-like treble clarity, making it a well-rounded option for light to medium strumming and fingerpicking. Evocative visual touches include a rich Vintage Sunburst top and neck, ivoroid binding and rosette, and ivoroid Heritage Diamond fretboard inlays. Taylor’s proprietary Expression® System 2 acoustic electronics deliver exceptional amplified tone in a reliable plug-and-play package.

Our maple/spruce Grand Auditorium has always been a versatile performer, and this edition boasts an array of tone-enhancing refinements that transform maple’s tone profile into a richer, warmer and more complex voice. As a result, players can expect an even more dynamic and expressive musical tool. Design nuances include a maple-specific back bracing profile and a special seasoning process for the spruce top called torrefaction, a method of roasting the wood to produce an aged tonal character with greater acoustic resonance and responsiveness. Other touches include the use of protein glues to optimize the tonal transfer between key wood components and an ultra-thin, 3.5-mil gloss finish to minimize dampening. A new, hand-rubbed “Brown Sugar” stain on the back and sides gives maple’s striking figure a beautiful violin-hued appearance without adding extra thickness to the finish. Featured appointments include ivoroid Wings fretboard inlays, an inlaid ebony backstrap, ebony binding with ivoroid purfling, an ebony/ivoroid rosette, and a striped ebony pickguard, along with Taylor’s Expression System® 2 acoustic electronics. The guitar comes with a deluxe hardshell case.

Taylor’s rosewood/spruce Grand Concert is all about articulation and intimacy. It’s a fingerstyle favorite for its balanced and focused response and makes a perfect recording guitar, as it fits well with other instruments. The revoicing of the 800 Series has brought out extra midrange warmth in this body shape, and the new custom-gauge HD Light strings add boldness to the treble notes, with impressive volume and dynamic range for a smaller guitar. A Venetian cutaway offers easy access to the upper register, while Taylor Expression System 2 electronics serve up exceptional amplified tone. Premium appointments include maple binding and back strip, rosewood top edge trim, and a rosewood pickguard.

Slightly bigger than Taylor’s Grand Auditorium body style, the Grand Symphony 816ce yields a powerful and rich sound without sacrificing bell-like articulation. It makes a potent strummer, and dynamic fingerstylists will enjoy the thick, full-bodied character of the notes. As part of Taylor’s 800 Series revoicing package for 2014, the GS will sound even richer with more low-end rumble.
